Innovative Infosolutions follows SDLC Process

Source:Innovative Infosolutions - web development company

Systems and Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a process used by a systems analyst to develop an information system, including requirements, validation, training, and user ownership. Any SDLC should result in a high quality system that meets or exceeds customer expectations, reaches completion within time and cost estimates, works effectively and efficiently in the current and planned Information Technology infrastructure, and is inexpensive to maintain and cost-effective to enhance.

Let us have a look at the Process and phases with figure:

1) Requirement Analysis : First phase of Web Development Process is requirement analysis. Client’s requirement is properly analyzed. We check for the feasibility of idea before we start working on the project. Moreover, which tools should be used is decided during this stage. Can it be developed in allocated budget and in given timeframe is also analyzed.

2) Project Planning : After analyzing client’s requirement, we strategize idea and assign responsibilities to development team by creating milestones that are to be achieved in given time.

3) Prototype Creation and Confirmation : The conventional purpose of a prototype is to allow users of the software to evaluate developers' proposals for the design of the eventual product by actually trying them out, rather than having to interpret and evaluate the design based on descriptions. Prototyping can also be used by end users to describe and prove requirements that developers have not considered, so "controlling the prototype" can be a key factor in the commercial relationship between developers and their clients. Interaction design in particular makes heavy use of prototyping with that goal.
